Veggie
Pizza
2 packages of biscuit
or crescent rolls.
(the refrigerated
dough like Pillsbury or generic brand. Reduced Fat is normally
what I use.)
|
Broccoli
|
|
1 (8oz) package cream
cheese softened
(once again 1/3 fat
works fine!)
|
Cauliflower
|
|
¼ cup mayonnaise
(Gotta use Hellman's
people!)
|
Carrots
|
|
1 – 1 ½ Tbsp of
commercial buttermilk salad dressing mix.
(I use Hidden Valley
Ranch Powder)
|
Any other Veggies of
choice
|
Preheat oven
to 375-400 degrees. Depending on your oven. What I do is spread the dough onto a lightly greased
baking sheet. Pinch the seams so it is flat and together. Bake it for
8-10 mins. Let cool.
Mix together
cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing mix with an electric mixer.
Spread over
crust.
Chop veggies
up. I use a hand chopper because we like them small but do it like
you like. If you want big veggies – then make it how you like!
Spread those
on top and cut into squares.
Serve to your
guests and be their favorite person! :-)
