Spinach
Balls
2 packages (10 oz)
frozen spinach
(cook and drain)

¾ cup softened
butter
|
2 cups Pepperidge
Farm Herb Stuffing
(blue bag)

|
½ cup chopped onion
(optional – I use
onion powder instead)
|
6 beaten eggs
|
|
½ tsp garlic salt
|
½ cup Parmesan
Cheese
|
|
½ tsp pepper
|
Mix all (get your hands
into it!)
Roll into Balls
Place on ungreased baking
sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for
about 10-15 mins. (Probably more toward the longer end)
