Spinach Balls


Spinach Balls

2 packages (10 oz) frozen spinach
(cook and drain)

¾ cup softened butter
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
(blue bag)

½ cup chopped onion
(optional – I use onion powder instead)
6 beaten eggs

½ tsp garlic salt
½ cup Parmesan Cheese

½ tsp pepper

Mix all (get your hands into it!)

Roll into Balls

Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 mins. (Probably more toward the longer end)
