Pumpkin Crunch!

Pumpkin Crunch

Bottom Layer
1 can Pumpkin 15 oz
1 can Evaporated Milk 12 Oz
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs

1 box vanilla cake mix
1-2 sticks of butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix bottom ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top.
Place pads of butter all over the top of that.

Bake for 55 Mins.

Serve warm with Cool Whip or  Cold :-)
